Life with Hollie

Hollie was born on May 30, 2006. She is so much fun and she changes everyday. I have created this so family and friends from far and wide can keep up with how she is doing. And because I don't want to change my whole website we will pretend that this site is called Life With Hollie and Jeremy. Jeremy joined us on October 13, 2008. I am sure we are going to have a blast raising these two.

Happy Birthday Hollie!!!!

I can't believe my little Angel is 2 - where did the time go? As I looked back over pictures the other night I felt sad that she is growing up so fast and happy that she is turning into such an independent little person. Before long she won't need me at all.

We had a Birthday party last weekend for her - everyone had a great time as I know she did. Special guest was Uncle Ken from Chicago (he didn't come just for that of course, but we were happy that he got to share in her special day). We talked about it several times, but I never did get a picture with them, sorry Uncle Ken, you will just have to come visit us again.

She also had her promotion to the 2 year old class at school. It was graduation for the kids leaving and going to Kindergarden and promotion for the other age groups. Each class sang songs and it was adorable. Unfortunately I was to busy videotaping and didn't get any still photos. I did take this one at home before we left though

Isn't she adorable and so grown up.

Yesterday was her actual Birthday. We had a get together with just grandparents at our house with cake and whatnot. She got to pick it out - Winnie the Pooh is what she selected. I know that she is confused as to when (and maybe even what) a Birthday is, hopefully she will forget soon and not think that everyday is her birthday as she does now.
So anyways, HAPPY BIRTHDAY HOLLIE - we all love you.
On a completley different note, no I haven't forgetten about the little being growing inside of me. I took myself to the doctor the other day convinced something was wrong and demanded a sonogram (not really, all I had to do was ask apparently). And he told me that everything was fine, the baby was growing, I just wasn't yet. He told me to be patient and stay off the internet looking for things to worry about. He couldn't tell the sex yet but is convinced that by next Monday (June 9) he would be able to coax its legs apart and tell us, we'll just wait and see.
